Shipping Policy – Tavanjo

At Tavanjo, we understand the importance of timely delivery — especially when it comes to special occasions. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your outfits arrive in perfect condition and on time.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, depending on the availability and type of outfit (rental or curated).

  • For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly before placing the order.


Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depends on delivery location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional charge)

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India. If your location is remote or outside our delivery zones, we’ll get in touch to arrange the best possible solution.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

  • For rental orders, a return shipping label or instructions will be provided, if applicable.


Rental Orders – Delivery & Pickup

  • Rental outfits are shipped to reach you 1–2 days before your selected booking date.

  • The return must be shipped back using the provided instructions on or before the return date.

  • Any delays in return may incur late fees.


Order Tracking

Once your outfit is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track the status of your shipment anytime.


Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • If a delay affects your event date, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist or find a solution.
